Ink & Tally Terms of Service
1. What Ink & Tally is. An iPhone app for tracking brand deals, importing your own earnings exports, and a Coach that helps you draft pitches and review contracts. It is a tool, not legal, tax or financial advice. Decisions about your deals are yours.
2. Your account. You need an email address or Apple ID for the Coach and TikTok features. Keep your sign-in email secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
3. Your content. Deals, notes, contracts and Coach conversations are yours. We claim no rights to them. You are responsible for having the right to upload any contract or document you review with the Coach.
4. The Coach. The Coach never names a price and may be wrong. Read what it produces before you send it. Use is limited to a fair daily number of requests.
5. TikTok. Connecting TikTok is optional and subject to TikTok's own terms. We use only the permissions listed in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use. Do not use Ink & Tally to break the law, to abuse the service, or to attempt to access other people's data.
7. Availability. We aim to keep the service running but provide it as is, without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
8. Changes and termination. We may update these terms with a new date here. We may suspend accounts that violate them.
