Ink & Tally Privacy Policy
What Ink & Tally stores, and where
- Your deals, deliverables, payments, notes and imported earnings live on your iPhone and, when you turn sync on, in your own iCloud private database. Elli & Tee cannot read them. We run no server that holds deal data.
- Coach conversations and any contract text you paste or import stay on your device only. They are never synced and never stored on our servers. The text of a single request is sent to our server and on to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the reply, then discarded; we keep only a per-day request count.
- Your account is an email address (or Apple ID) used to sign in. We store it, a user id, and a daily count of Coach requests. Nothing else.
- TikTok (when you connect it): we request
user.info.basic,user.info.profile,user.info.statsandvideo.listto show your display name, avatar, follower, like and video counts in your media kit, and to let you attach your public videos to a deal. Access tokens are stored in your iPhone's Keychain, never on our servers. Disconnecting removes them.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share personal data, we do not run advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or sites.
Deleting your data
Settings → Delete account removes your account and Coach usage record from our server and wipes the app's data on your device. Deals synced to iCloud are removed from your iCloud database by the app; you can also delete them from iCloud settings.
Third parties
Supabase (sign-in and server functions, hosted in the United States), Anthropic (Coach model), Apple (iCloud sync, Sign in with Apple), TikTok (optional profile and video data). Each processes only what is described above.
